A panel discussion featuring Jeff Chien-Hsing Liao (MFA 2005 Photography, Video and Related Media), Vera Lutter (MFA 1995 Photography, Video and Related Media), MFA Photography, Video and Related Media faculty member Andrew Moore and Matthew Pillsbury (MFA 2004 Photography, Video and Related Media). Panelists discuss why they have chosen to photograph New York, what special challenges it presents, and their inspirations among the city’s iconic photographers and rich traditions of visual storytelling. Moderated by Bonnie Yochelson, MFA Photography, Video and Related Media faculty member and curator of prints and photographs at the Museum of the City of New York. Presented by MFA Photography, Video and Related Media in partnership with Aperture Foundation, International Center for Photography, Museum of the City of New York and the Taipei Cultural Center.
